It's the month of sexual assault awareness. In the spirit of the awareness, let's talk about rape.  When I say there's a rape case, what comes to the minds of most people is that the victim is a girl. Girls are more fragile after all so it's easier for them to be victims of a rape case. Let's bring to light the fact that boys can be raped too. These cases are a bit rare, but they do happen. I know you must be wondering how can a guy be raped. Let's ask ourselves, what is rape.  Rape according to Merriam Webster dictionary, is an unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person's will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception. Just be nice. I hear some of you saying you were nice but you went through hell, and it changed you a whole lot. Well, it's understandable that you've been through pain, pain changes a person. But if you don't heal, you might as well pass that pain to generations and before you realize it, you've damaged a whole lot of people. Yes you were wrong, but don't wrong others. If they weren't nice to you, be nice to others. Only because you don't want them to experience the same pain you felt. Just be nice. It doesn't hurt to be nice. Being nice comes with a really satisfactory feeling that nothing else may give you. Just be nice. I hear some say “people take nice people for granted, and take advantage of them". Be nice but don't misplace ur brain. Set boundaries. Being nice doesn't stop you from taking action when someone crosses your bottom line.
